您同意保护、维护以及免予 argusminifigure、Shopify 以及我们的附属公司、合作伙伴、管理人员、董事、员工、代理、承包商、授权方和服务提供商免受由以下情况引起或与以下情况相关的应向任何第三方付款的任何损失、损害、债务或索赔，包括合理的律师费用：(1) 您违反本服务条款或本条款所引用文件的规定，(2) 您违反任何法律或侵犯第三方的权利，或 (3) 您访问和使用服务。
我们会就任何可赔偿索赔向您发出通知，除非对您造成重大损害，否则未能及时通知不会免除您的赔偿义务。我们可能会控制此类索赔事件的辩护和解决事宜，费用由您承担，包括选择律师，但是未经您同意（不得以非正当理由拒绝），我们不会解决任何需要您承担非金钱义务的索赔事件。您将需要配合对所赔偿索赔事件的辩护，包括提供相关文件。
