Shipping policy

1.Fedex will be used for all delivery service,we will provide the tracking number and customer can check it on their order on website.

2.We will try covering the tarrif fee from our side as well,so no more extra fee is caused after delivery is settled,

3.Plz make sure u give correct details on address and information,we r not responsible on undelivered order due to incorrect datails.

4.We will make sure the good is well safely packaged.

5. The reserved products will be shipped within 45-90 days (as of the time of cutting off), while the in stock products will be shipped within 7-15 days once figs arrived, which may be delayed. Please consider carefully before placing an order!

6. We will submit the deposit order to the studio for production arrangement, so we do not support refunds for any reason. Please consider carefully before placing the order!

7. The specific shipment date shall be subject to the actual shipment time of the manufacturer and shall not be considered as delayed shipment by our store.
