We can provide customer the video of packing for the delivery to ensure we did what we should have done,so no exchange nor refund is allowed,if there r problem with delivery we r willing to assist customer dealing with problem and ask compensation from delivery,in this way plz make sure shooting opening video to preserve evidence,any request asking for refund directly will be considered impermissible.
